METRO Transportation Inc. realized that there was a need for suppliers to have a cost effective and easy way to have access to a pool of experienced professionals to draw from when necessary for engineering and management services, for a specific project or an as needed basis, rather than having to hire a full time individual for a position that might not exist after the current project.
